    Early FENTON ART GLASS  of Martin's Ferry, Ohio.
    CRANBERRY DAISY & FERN PATTERN PITCHER JUG
    Circa 1915
    Cranberry Red and White Design Opalescent Art Glass
    Pattern called Spanish Lace or Opaline Brocade.
    Based on a pattern and shape originally designed and sold by the Northwood Glass Company.  L.G. Wright bought the old Northwood factory molds and commissioned the Fenton Glass Company to produce the "DAILY AND FERN" line in the 1940s. The most collectible color is the red cranberry.
    This piece has a clear glass reeded handle and a ruffled edge rim with a spout for the pitcher/jug.
    This stands about  5 ½   inches tall and 5 ½ inches from spout to handle. The base is about 2 ½ inches in diameter.
    EXCELLENT CONDITION - no chips, cracks or repairs.
